Courses at the Bivouac

Kneaded bread making experiences at the BivouacBivouac is a rural retreat set in a picturesque location on the Swinton Estate in the Yorkshire Dales. Offering beautiful eco accommodation, a cosy café and spectacular views along it’s many walks, it is a place not to be missed!

We run bread making workshops in the café, on evenings throughout the year and take private bookings for family courses, relaxed hen parties or group sessions.

Our seasonal workshops are available for anyone to book onto and offer a relaxed, friendly atmosphere to learn real bread skills and recipes.

Winter Warmers

Make bread using foraged ingredients in Bivouac’s new clay oven and English muffins great for a springtime breakfast.

Sweet Treats

Sticky buns and yum yums, bread is not always savoury! Enjoy an evening of sweet breads and fantastic bread based puddings.

Gift packs on sale at every session!
Kneaded's helpful bread starter pack, bags and aprons will also be on sale throughout the course. They act as a great memento of the session or as a gift!
